Beginner Vinyasa

This is an excellent class is for anyone newer to yoga. Classes will include breath work, gentle stretching, seated postures, deep relaxation and meditation.  The focus of this class will be on listening to the intelligence in our body so that without pushing, we can rejuvenate ourselves no matter how we may be feeling on any given day. Each individual will be fully supported to work at their own pace and within their own fluctuating limits.
Students of all levels of activity are welcome.
