We are taking our practice outdoors! Enjoy our signature flow that links breath to movement through a dynamic sequence of poses beneath the trees. We will meet at the park 10 minutes before class begins. Meet near the basketball courts. Look for the NOW Yoga sign + other yoga students. All levels welcome!
